People are incomplete in their knowledge and foresight (amongst other things). Yes, they are made in the image of God. However, they choose to partake of the forbidden fruit and become as a god (i.e. one witness; self); whereas God told the Jews and the Christians to have two or more witnesses (Jews Deut. 10-20; Christians Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor 13:1).

Ask God!! That is if there is a God. He might just tell you that his great experiment (creating the heaven and the earth) just didn't work.
Or maybe it's his fault to begin with. Maybe we're here just for his amusement. What would you call a race of beings hell bent on killing themselves off every few years?
I just hope there IS something better than this.

Most people are not that smart. Really. That fact causes things such as a lack of curiosity, lack of critical thikning, blind acceptance, naivete, poor management style, poor decision-making, etc.
