Depends on the situation, but most likely they won't want you back. If you really got the sense that they are no longer happy with you then i'd just go for someone else. If they dumped you because of other reasons (like parents or distance) then they might realize that they want you and will take you back regardless of what is going on.

well....its quite a fantasy..but it may turn real too!! it depends on the reason why he dumped you and the kind of person he is. if he dumped you coz of resistance and disapproval from family and realises he wants you more than anything else..then he may want you back. but its altogether possible that he won't if he dumped you coz he got tired of you and fell in love with someone else. anything can happen ..but its better not to expect anything of that sort and even if he tries to get you back again..its better not to coz there's no guarantee that he won't dump you again like before. the best thing is to move on and try to enjoy our life with friends and new people.

In a way yes. They obviously dumped you for a reason and if they do take you back you would be the fool in the situation.

I believe it could happen!! I wouldn't wait on it to happen though. I would just live your life and not worry about your ex. If he/she wants you back and your feelings have remained the same for that person then great. But if that person doesn't come back to you then at least you weren't waiting on them. Or maybe someone much better for you will come along.

of course not.something quite attainable- if you think an ex will want you back. but you will truly make your fantasy come true as well as yourself proud, if he asks you back- and -you reject him.!! ha ha - '-good luck- you're better than him so a tip- forget about him and whether or not he mite want you back.make him insignificant in your life.like as though even if he was beside you- you wouldn't bother! cheers !!

Broadly speaking, yes.
It would also be foolish to go back with your ex if they had dumped you.
