In terms of losing actual weight (not water weight) it would be next to impossible. To lose 1 pound, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you eat/drink. At 133 pounds, you are maintaining your weight with approximately 1,330 calories a day. If you ate nothing (and didn't exercise) it would take you about 32 days to burn the needed 42,000 calories (12 X 3,500 calories). You can add in the benefits of exercise to speed up the burn, but without eating, you'd likely not have any energy left for exercising. A reasonable diet wouldn't have you cut your calories to less than 1,200 per day but would encourage an exercise plan that burns 300-400. That would be about a 500 calorie per day deficit that would result in a 1 pound per week weight loss. That way you keep your health, vitality and good looks while you're trimming the extra pounds.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

No way are you going to lose 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Impossible, unless you eat nothing but protein bars and run 10 miles every day. Then, when you start eating again, it will ALL come back on...plus more. It always happens with crash diets. That's why they don't work. You might lose 4 lbs. the first week, but then you will only lose about 2 lbs a week after that. And you don't mention anything about exercise. You won't lose ANY weight if you just plan on starving yourself and not exercising.

I really don't think you need to lose weight. But, I lost 15 pounds one week because all I ate was vegetables. There was no ranch dressing or anything like that. Just plain veggies. Now, I really don't reccomend you lose any weight, but it is your choice.

--Veggies have no calories but a lot of good nutrients. However, don't forget that you still need things like protien so take a multi-vitamin.

Why would you want to? You don't need to lose weight, you need to see a therapist about your eating disorder.
