It depends on the guy, some guys are obcessed with hair others are more worried about the girls looks. The key is all guys know you can change your hair, you can't change you skin as easily.

How can you have one without the other? Skin & hair are kind of made of the same stuff.
If a person has nice skin, usually they have nice hair, and viceversa.
Works the same way if they have bad skin....bad hair.

Hair.
It tells a lot about a woman. Is she clean, trendy, apathetic, self conscious, healthy, etc.
Some people have naturally good skin, you have to work a little to have nice hair.

i think everything has to come together for a guy. of course there are guys out there that dont care about looks at all and then there are ones that thats all they care about. more important than anything is that you have a great personality. work out that and everything else should fall in place.

I really don't think the two can be thought of separately.How can you wash your hair without getting your face too?As far as the first look..I'd have to say it's the complexion.I have seen some Beautiful bald Women,but their face and complexion were clear and healthy looking.

skin .... if she has bad hair it can always be tied up ! everyone notices the skin....good skin means that u are clean!
