As slander is a falsehood it would not bother me and should not bother others
It is not evil to consciously try to verbally abuse random people in the public, it is however evil to set fire to the head of someone and put it out with a shovel who is abusing people in public.
sorry to be so pedantic but did you mean random as in " lacking any definite plan or prearranged order" as by telling us it kind of loses its impact. The surprise is well, no longer a surprise and as such the randomness has worn off to a "well planned verbal attack / assault on a passer by or a person just standing and you passing by"
Best just go for it and be very random and try not to look too surprised when a girl gives you a dose of "MACE FACE" or you get a random kicking from some geezer who is really mentally ill and thinks you are from the planet Tharg and trying to abduct him

There's a Spanish movie you might really enjoy called Night of the Beast, where this priest has to abuse random people in the street to get closer to the devil so that he can destroy him and save the world. And no, I don't think you'd necessarily be evil. I think rude is a more apt description. I'd also be careful whom you slander, since you can be sued in some states for defamation of character. Cheers!

Noo just very very booring - trust me as someone who has had every thing from the old 'Mosh Mosh Get A Wash' Often from greesy spotty smelly people (I however wash everyday and have an addiction to lush) to 'tax dodger' WTF?
Then there are the ones who just randomly yell things when going past in cars or on bikes this mostly sounds like ' AAWWWWIHFYFGSDHKFBKKKKKKKK'

When I do this I like to dress up, its amazing how much sh-it people will take from strangers, the more offical looking you are the greater the level of insult you can get away with.
I get out of hospital next week, you can come out with me this time. I am going to dress in white robes put on a hood and insult some people in a black neiborhood, that should be fun.
Last time I went as a NOI in Boston.

No. True evil requires both malice and practise. Whilst we admire your entrepreneurial effort, we would suggest you try to pre-select your intended victims. With a little work you will find it easy to ignore the fallen hordes allowing you more time to accurately identify and accost the virtuous individual.
We await you results with some interest.

You would be wrong yes, and not very nice, but evil is a strong word I don't think slander could make you evil unless it was particularly malicious and bullying behaviour

Evil?...probably not. A loony? Definitely.
If you carry a plastic bag filled up with other plastic bags and wore a hat made of tinfoil and a dirty mac, you'd probably find that everyone ignores you anyway. Hmm...experiment anyone?

You can insult people without slandering them by just calling them names and swearing at them
It is a good way to keep warm in winter.

The key word is 'consciously' If we deliberately do anything which we have reasonable grounds to believe will cause hurt and offence that is wrong....and immature.
Why would any mature adult WANT to cause gratuitous offence.
(Very pleasedf you don't do it....a good question to air)
