Typically, Northern European men are stronger than most. Look at an Strong Man competition and you will see it full of Russians, Swedes, Finns, Polish, Hungarians, etc.

For the most part yes, because technology and slavery has weakened the British physically by making life so much easier. It's just natural evolution.

having worked with a group of Polish guys, I can tell you they spend far too much time drinking to be physically fit. They can definately drink though.
