My boyfriend finished me after he thought i still liked my ex, i was only talking to my ex to help him. My boyfriend finished me over msn after he argued with me and got the wrong idea from what i was saying. He says he still loves me and im completely heartbroken and devastated. He says we can get back together when he fully trusts me in a few weeks or something. i want him to trust me now!

When you start dating again maybe meet in a public place maybe with a few friends and get to know each other. You need to trust your own discretion about guys you date and make sure there not out for just one thing. Not all men are the same,its normal for a man/ person to get angry or frustrated that's just being human,But it is never OK to use forceful violence. A person who loves you wouldn't do that to you.

To me trust is a big thing. You shouldn't have to justify your every move, re-assurance is fine, but continuing justification of your actions is bordering on your partners insecurity. If someone didn't trust me I couldn't put up with them, you need your space to, and the whole point is that he is an EX, if you still wanted to be with him then you wouldn't be with your current partner and you are allowed to talk to who you like. Sit your guy down and tell him enough is enough and you won't keep feeding his insecurities. You want him and him alone, to trust you and deal with it

You can't speed up the trust building process. You have to build and earn trust.
Ask him what you can do to build his trust if you aren't sure.
