Retsil I haven't heard of, but this weekend it is 40/39 C (approx 102 F) in Perth. It will drop down to 28 during the week but is expected to bounce back to 40 by Friday.

I cannot find anywhere in WA called Retsil and cannot imagine what it might be. The climatic averages for all the sites in Western Australia that have records can be found here:

I hope you find somewhere close to Retsil, wherever it might be.
