1 outstanding knowledge of the product.
2 believe in the product.
3 knowledge of your self.(sale Yourself first)
4 self confidence.
5 being good listener(very good) of what the customer wants.
6 advice the customer(even when "Your product" is not suitable for his needs.)
7 be customer service oriented You must forget(immediately) to write something and You have to hang up the phone(immediately) when You have a person in front of You.

8 closing,closing ,closing,closing ,closing,closing,closing,closing
9 if You could not closing let it go for a while keep the information of the customer and late it on go to him/her.with the question.

Why You have not buy my product?(You know You have a good product)
what make You buy the other brand?(check what wrong You said)

10 Do you remeber I tell You, sale Yourself first, provide warranty of "the product" if You already met a person and that person haven't buy the merchandise ,be sure he or her had buy YOU. and any time that persone come back to You. knowing CAN TRUTH IN YOU. because You sale genuine You

BEST way to be a top salesman??? Dont be a salesman at all!!! Dont sell someone a car. BE a consultant, Consult your client. Help answer their questions, show them what they want to see. MOST importantly, be honest and respect them. If you do, they will respect you!! When buying cars, people may buy a car from a saleman. But, they wont be back. If your a consultant, and are honest and fair with them, they will be LONG term clients. I have people who see me for cars after I have sold to parents and grandparents!! Build relationships, not sales numbers!!

I can think of a more honorable job.Car salesman,Doctors,Dentist,Pharmacy Salesman,and Preachers are all the biggest Parasites to Society.

Don't have a conscience. Be a good liar. Know how NOT to listen, and last but not least... stand outside of the dealership waiting for customers to walk in, and make them feel uncomfortable.

be HONEST, listen to your customers, actually care about their needs... not your paycheck and everything else will be taken care of
