Yes, it is possible. I had four kids and still weigh about the same as I did in high school. It is not easy. Eat right, drink plenty of water, multi-vitamin, and exercise. You don't have to go crazy over the exercise either. Once you lose the weight, you will feel better about yourself. Everything in moderation. Remember that. A couple potato chips verses the whole bag. Will power or just don't buy the stuff you can't resist. Good luck to you.

It is a challenge.
Age changes body chemistry and metabolism slows down. So the challenge gets greater. BUT do it while you are young and stay on top of every pound. Then you can TRY to hold down the
eventual gains that life brings.
Me at 18----135 me at 23---114 (divorce) me at 35---137
then the steady creep started at 55 ---160 then 60----173
now at 65---176.
Medicines, and hormonal changes cause weight to stay on after being gained. It really isn't so much that people eat a lot more as the body changes.

YES!!! I have two kids. Of course things aren't as tight as they once were, but I am still slender..It is no easy task. You HAVE to getup and move. I personally follow the South Beach Diet and it isn't a diet for me anymore. It is a lifestyle. I only eat the "good" carbs, I only drink Crystal Light or diet soda(in addition to water). You need to get rid of all the "useless" calories and you need to burn more of the calories that you take in. My oldest child is 13 and my youngest is 5 and I have maintained my weight since six weeks after my kids were born.

Of course. However it probably won't look the same :( I wish there were some magic pill to help us moms shed that weight. Unfortunately so far I've only came up with the same old dieting and exercising.

Exercise and healthy eating.
Start by incorporating exercise in your daily life. Cut out soda, sugar and unnecessary fat. Add more veggies and lean meats to your food.
Steady exercise and healthy eating will get you there.

I never did...
But then again I am not that person anymore... Out with the old and in with the new.
You can't go backwards learn to be healthy, fit and trim and love yourself as you are! They are not imperfections, they are love notches!
