If that's all you eat 3 times a day. Just one cup per meal. And it will help if you use skim milk. I wouldn't suggest doing that kind of diet. The body needs a lot more than Special K to run properly.

"Special K" is an anesthetic called ketamine. Veterinarians in fact use ketamine, and anesthesiologists occasionally use the drug with teenagers and older children. The drug produces a dissociative anesthesia. A patient or animal is in a trance-like state of unconsciousness and may appear to be awake, however, they do not react to any sensory stimulation (such as sound or pain). Taken as a street drug, users claim to feel "outside of their bodies" or as if they were someone else. The trance-like state is called a "K hole" on the streets. There are a number of dangers with this drug. First, you essentially put yourself under anesthesia and lose control of your body. It increases the pressure inside your brain, which can cause severe headaches or even strokes. The drug also produces hallucinations and paranoia. And like any street drug, the abuser is unaware of other more dangerous chemicals in the mix.
I guess, the answer is: once your dead, weight problems go away..

it wants you to replace meals with a single bowl of cereal. i imagine this would work, but i KNOW it would leave me hungry all day. not hungry like "oh, i think i can fit a little more food in", i mean hungry like "oh my god, i cant think straight because i feel like i havent eaten at all".
if you just keep track of how many calories you're eating, try to eat a bit fruit and veggies everyday, and try not to eat a lot of trans fats, saturated fats and the like, and do a little excercise, you should have results just as well.
i'm sure the cereal thing would work out for you if you could stick to it. i know i wouldnt be able to stick with that though, and you'd be buying a lot of cereal too.

there is a difference between losing "weight" and losing body fat. Special K doesn't not promote fat loss. if you follow the Special K diet you will lose weight on the scale but most will be water and muscle, not fat...
