Why do I get a window saying 'End program - No title' while shutting down my PC?

If I end it immediately my PC shuts down or else the program stays on. This window is similar to the window which appears when a program doesn't respond and u press ctrl+alt+delete.

It could be something benign, but it could also be something more sinister.

Run a full virus scan, a full spyware scan and even use more than one.

Mine says something similar, "no internet" which just means that your computer is shutting down normally. It means you are disconnecting from the internet, and it is normal on most computers. Hope this helped..
