Hi there im 14 years old and i weigh 8stone 0lb. Even though i weigh little for my height, i'd love to know how to get a boney figure. What should i eat? what exercises should i do?How many calories should i have everyday to achieve my skinny look. At the moment i have a little bit of fat round my hips i would like to get rig of so i can see my hip bones. Is there anything i could do to look slightly bonier or to loose another stone? And is there any pills i can take to boost up my metabolism as mine is kinda slow thanks x

Wait, how tall are you? I know you might really want to have that look runway models have, but they all have bony figures naturally and then just make sure they don't gain any weight.
Everyone naturally has more weight on different parts of their body, for example I have quite big thighs and if I lose weight, it will come off my whole body not just the thighs, so my thighs will always be bigger proportionally, whatever weight I am.
If you want to lose weight, which I doubt you really need to!, then make sure you exercise to lose it, because cutting calories will just cause you to gain the weight back and more when you start eating normally again!
As far as I know, there aren't any pills which you can buy that have been proven to boost metabolism/cause weight loss and are safe to use. Plus there are a lot of pills out there that people are just conned into taking, basically just a waste of money - they don't work.

There is nothing wrong with being slim or athletic, but please don't take it too far. Eat a healthy diet and take plenty of exercise - this way you will end up with the body you want. Remember that you are still developing at your age and that you should not starve yourself or exercise too much.
Just keep the balance right. Aerobic fitness training such as jogging, cycling, swimming, circuits etc. are good for health and will tone your entire body.
Weight training can help you "sculpt" specific muscle groups without having to put on lots of bulk - try lots of repetitions with a relatively light weight.
Above all, just remember that being healthy is the most important thing. We all want to change something about ourselves, but it is a gradual process and you should be determined to do it in the right way - don't look for shortcuts, as they will only come back to haunt you in later life.
Don't take pills to alter your metabolism - this is done simply and naturally by following the advice I already gave.

at 14 you should be worrying more about school and friends, not how far your bones stick out. Please dont get into this as once it's got you you wont get out!It's unhealthy to have your bones showing, i'm sure you look fine and you definately arent overweight!excercise and eat regularly to boost metabolism,and dont take pills.

8 stone is really light. you really dont need to loose weight. your body needs to be over 7 1/2 stone to go through puberty. boys dont like boney girls.
