I am 5'4 and 125lbs but i want to tone up/slim my thighs and my abs. If i run a mile or 2, 4 times a week will i see results eventually?? What else could I do to slim down?? Thanks

Definatly. You might want to do a little more cardio that lasts about 30 min on the elliptical or something around that. Good luck.

Do you remember the thigh master by Susan Summers? It is a good product to to slim down your inner thighs! I would also recommend squats and lunges it works wonders. Keep doing what you are doing and add that in your daily routine and you will most definately see a difference.

Running, along with any other cardiovascular exercise, will help you burn fat. You also need to do some resistance training with weights to build up the muscle for the 'tone' look. A healthy diet mixed with those two should have you toned up in no time.

you can run and that will work a little bit and if you just watch what your eating and you can also maybe do a little bit of yoga everyday or aerobics
