In Mexico you can also say "me eché uno", this sentence is not as vulgar as the first ones. In this case the meaning is implicit.
By the way a person who farts a lot is called "pedorro".

It depends, for a lot of spanish speaking people "Me tire un pedo" or "Me eche un pedo" will work in the familiar plane.
But if you need to speak at a higher level of the language, you must use "Tengo Flatulencias" or "Me eche una flatulencia" but if you need to speak at a lower vulgar level, you may want to use "me cague".
