I don't want to say it's pain but it's hard to describe. It doesn't happen in both legs often mostly the right one, it feels like my whole leg is dead weight and I have to keep moving it. I'm not sure what it is but it's getting annoying so any serious thoughts or theories are appreciated.

I have Sciatica but I didn't realize that this would be the same thing, normally when the Sciatica flares I can't even stand.

Its hard to say what is causing this, but the most common type of thing that affects the nerves in the leg is compression of the sciatic nerve. This condition is called sciatica. Sciatica usually causes pain, but if the compression is relatively minor, a person might just experience a dead feeling.

Another possibility is restless leg syndrome - where people need to move their legs to relieve odd sensations.

Sounds like RLS; mine started in one leg and then went to the other one within months. I now take Requip for it and it works wonderful.
