I don't have any coupons but I'll be honest, if you are touring around NYC, it would be best NOT to rent a car. It's more of a headache considering traffic and parking. You'd be better off either taking a cab or using mass transit (such as the subway).
It would only make sense to rent a car if you are going outside of Manhattan.

I'm with Tony. I rely upon the public transport system here, the subways are quick and get you anywhere you need to go. The only time I rent a car is when I'm leaving town.
