Both excellent cars. i would have to sway for the Honda. I have seen new cars by both and find that Honda has better workmanship the last few years.

2007 Honda Civic.
They're both reliable. The Civic wins on styling, resale, and that it's a new design. The current Corolla has been around for ~5 years.

There is a government website that you can visit to find out all about car economy and value for money. I searched it when looking for my new car. The Honda Civic came out with exceptionally high scores.

i drive an 05 corolla and love it. A little roomier than the civic.

honda would probably have a higher resell value to most, Both are good reliable cars.
