When I was pregnant with my daughter my prenatals made me sick and the doctor told me to take the Flintstone vitamins. I would only take one of them, but talk to your doctor before you do anything.

NO! Do not take more than the prescribed prenatal vitamins and iron. You get most vitamins from food you already eat. More is absolutely not better.

To much vitamin A and iron, just to name a few, can cause SERIOUS health problems to you and your unborn baby.

Why do you need so many vitamins? You will get the same thing out of One a Day plus iron. If you must take Flintstones, then just take those and eat healthy meals. More vitamins does not mean healthier.

Either take the prenantal or the flinstones. Not both. Sometimes too many vitamins can make you sick. One or the other, not both.

Again,
Seek an MD answer. Take what is prescribed.
