It is in writing which looks like a set up, under which the pictures are perfect. We've tried turning things off and on but to no avail. The message reads C ??48TN -311, and is the same whatever channel you are on. ( the message is exactly as i've writen it, the question marks don't mean i can't see what symbol it is. Also there is a space between the C and the two question marks ) What is the telly needing me to do ? It's really annoying me now. Please help

lol, your in the service mode. lemme check to see how to get service mode off.
Whats your Model Number?
You might need the remote to get his off. Not sure until I look at it.
If you dont have the remote then you might be scrwed.
