Does anyone have a good fibromyalgia doctor in the St Charles MO area that accepts medicare?

I have numerous diseases, including fibromyalgia and can't find a good doctor that beleives it's real.

I also have fm and there is not a doctor where I live that believes that is a true dx.. Some MD's will treat the pain but think that fm is not real.. GL in finding one.. U may just have to settle for a regular MD that doesn't believe it.. In a few years, I think more MDS will realize that it is a disease but until then, just have to do what u can do..
