they are an easy snack food, low in sugar and no fat. easy to prepare and pack in lunch boxes. Contain good anti-oxidants help to break down fats in the body. The skin has a high vitamin level and it has pectins which help to curb your appetite.
Dont eat too many they will give you upset tum.

As well as containing antioxidants, fibre etc. They are used for making wine. What could be healthier than that? (in moderation)
