I'm not a super-body builder, I'm just looking for quick fat burning results and I'm working out (running daily, lifting weights 3 days a week, doing situpes every day) I want nice abs, good arms (like a thin john cena)...

I have a few questions for you. Who told you that Papaya helps expel fat? Yes it will help with digestion and it will also help extract more nutrients out of the food that you eat. It also gets rid of bloating and upset stomach but it does not help expel fat. As for the Hydroxy cut Hardcore, if you are just looking to tone up a few places you should have gotten the original Hydroxy cut. That has your olong tea, green tea and white tea in it as well as chromium which will balance your insulin levels in your blood and will help curb your appetite. Hardcore has 300mg of caffeine, 4.5 mg of yohembine, green tea and black pepper to name a few things. Hardcore is really designed to be for the person that will be in the gym every day for at least 2-3 hours and need to lose the weight. If you just really want to tone up look at getting just the regular Hydroxy cut or even trying lypo-6

I assume you are heavily into body building. Hydroxy cut should only be taken if you are training heavily at least 5 times a week.

For optimum results, you need to do 2 more things in addition to weight lifting;

1- cardio excercises to shed the excess fat
2- Non-machine workout such as push ups, chin ups etc
