healthy cooking for dummies sould mean a lot of things.
1) if you cant cook at all because you might start a fire. you should call this place that brings you good fresh and cooked food.
2)if you dont know how to cook but can cook all you have to do is start small, like make mac and cheese and follow the instructions step by step. then when you get better move up to fish or something
3)now if youre one of thoes people that knows how to cook but doesnt want to i think youre out of luck because i even have a hard time trying to find some one to cook for me.
