Give me a witty, smart, QUESTION to ask about ozone depletion.?

A "professional VIP" is going to give session here and I have to give him a question on OZONE DEPLETION which he will answer.I certainly need help at this one !!!

"why are we still talking about Ozone depletion? why not fossil fuel depletion (peak oil), topsoil depletion, water depletion, or climate change?"

- Ozone depletion was tackled globaly by a protocol signed by most countries and it is no longer depleting. Ozone has negligable relationship with future global environmental and human security.

What the weather men and all call the ozone at ground level is not ozone but NO2 ,produced by cars which turn into photochemical smog.
True ozone that protects from radiation is O3. The NO2 is actually a nitrate fertilizer.
The ozone depletion is not true and never has been. They want u to believe that the CFC wander around the world but at at the same time every year get together and make a mad dash to the south pole to eat a hole in the ozone layer. If u buy that u got trouble.

I suppose you could ask:

During the summer some cities announce "ozone action" days, encouraging people to reduce ozone emissions by not burning fossil fuels. So why is ozone bad at ground level but good in the high atmosphere? And why doesn't the ozone at ground level rise up into the sky?

I know the answer to the first question is that Ozone at ground level is a lung irritant and in the sky it absorbs UV radiation. I don't really know the answer to the second question. Probably Ozone is too heavy to rise.
