Any good advice on how to do this in way where you do not draw attention to yourselves? And in which types of aircrafts are the restrooms big enough?

1. Conventional airlines? Virgin Atlantic is well known for it's ample accomodations. It's nickname as Virgin Shaglantic is no accident.
2. AS mentioned in other places, you can charter a romantic flight in a small plane to do this, for instance:

3. Be friendly to some of the local pilots you know, such as myself and you and your beloved can have the back of the plane, and perhaps some champagne! (Where do you live?)
4. Go to the biggest wild festival of art in the USA: Burning Man. There are plenty of planes there and some pilots will be nice enough to help you and/or a friend, become inductess in the exclusive MH club!

the process starts before you and your intended board the aircraft
Clothing:
Women ;pull- over tops , wide skirts and no panties
Men: pull over tops , drawstring type pants and of course no underwear
Aircraft
Any wide body A/C should do it but check for the number and locations of aft bathrooms
Seat selection should be as far aft as possible
Do as much foreplay as is reasonable prior to heading into the bathroom
Do what you got to do and then leave one at a time.
Alternately you could do it under the blankets w/ the arm rests up. Check on that because not all armrests an all seats go up

here is a good site.. best is a long flight, wait until most are asleep and the stewardesses are busy.. then just act like nothing is going on and just stroll into a bathroom.
Or under a blanket with the armrest raised.
Or for the shy there are some private companies that use charter aircraft set up like a bedroom and even give you a certificate afterwards.

long night flights are the best, after the lights are turned off and every body is asleep, sneak in one of the bathrooms, and the rest is yours to do.
