Cats will let you know if there is something wrong by meowing in a strange meow. If she is up and walking she shoud be ok. You could call a vet and ask for suggestions, it could be that she had an unliving kitten. I would just try to watch her and make her comfortable, she will do the rest. Just call a vet and ask but cats do make messes when they have kittens.

it doesn't hurt to call the vet. they'll answer any questions you have and advise you on if you should bring her in or not. my kitty had babies and we didn't even know she was pregnant until a couple days before she had them. we lucked out and it was a small litter of 3 boys but one died when they were about 2 weeks old. just make sure when she's done or when you think she's done having babies, grab her by the scruff of the neck and make her stand up. feel her belly as best you can and make sure it's empty and there's no more babies in there. my kitty had one in the evening and then shortly before 5am she had 2 more and we thought she was done especially since the vet said she wouldn't go more than a couple hours between babies. good luck, and don't hesitate to call the vet.

I would just keep an eye on the cat. Mother Nature will take over when she is ready to have her babies. You might fix up a bed in a box for her where she likes to lay down.

You should take your cat to the vet. Not only will they be able to tell you her current state, but they will also be able to tell you what do do durring birth.
