Uh, no. Why should he be hanged?
You see, when you ask a question like this, it's best if you actually had an argument as to why this should happen. Like, what he's done that merits hanging, etc.
But without supporting arguments of any sort, you just sound like a crank.

No. Musharraf is the best think that ever happened to dictatorship. He actually wants to protect women from rape. Where he came up with an idea like that in that part of the world I don't know and don't care.
