Airborne Lightweight Optical Tracking System was used on the EC-135 which is the military version of the Boeing 717. It is also the same plane as the KC-135 Stratotanker. The only thing I could fine the DC-10 doing was aerial refueling under the name KC-10 Extender.

hmm as far as i know dc-10s were used for comercial airlines thats probly somthing you have to reserch under airforce or military records that are no longer classified which chances are that you can find on the internet somwhere
