They have very small vessels that can be stopped from bleeding with pressure. they are strong fibers that connect muscles to the bone

The 'correct answer' is YES and NO ... the actual 'tendon' does not have any blood vessels, because it is a 'tendon' and that is a totally separate 'body part' than a blood vessel. That is the 'no' ... but the 'yes' is that EVERYTHING IN YOUR BODY uses your 'blood supply' as a 'fuel source' so it can 'keep doing whatever it does' ...

Yes they have a blood supply,if not the tissues would die.That goes with every organ and cell in the body,no blood, nutrients and oxygen, its dead,period. SW RNP
