My parents gave an ultimatum because of my behavior during the vacation, I had just had a miscarriage and was depressed. My fiance was nervous really being around my family for the first time and was drinking more than usual so with this observation is why they gave me an ultimatum. It's not that he doesn't want to be around my daughter. I just have a psycho ex that wants to take me back to court for more custody time and I keep my daughter away from him so my ex doesn't get mad and take it out on her or try to get more parenting time because he has bipolar and is an alcoholic.

It's probably better to talk with a good counselor about this,
but if your ex has bipolar & it has been documented and
proven,what are you worried about?

Seems like your ex is trying to control you. If you fear he may harm your daughter, you need to talk with your attorney and see what he/she might suggest. If he's an alcoholic, your daughter doesn't need to be around him. What you do should not be his concern unless it puts his child at risk.

for real, if you dont' learn to express your thoughts more clearly you will never get custody. what judge is gonna undersatnd whatever the hell you just said?
