The Sun, The moon, day and night, Cold and Heat, rains and sunshines, health and sickness, happiness and worries. Your age stages, child, grownup youngs, mature person and old age.
His mercies are all around us in shape of many things, food, clothing, shelters, water for drinking, bathing nad cleaning, water for agricultures. There are uncountable gifts from Almighty for mankind and all living things.
