Breath Mints Without Aspartame

cloves are good to eliminate bad breath... try chewing fennel or dill or anise seeds... anise tastes like liquorice.

Apparently sucking a cinnamon stick can work too... i know its not mints but will ultimately have the same effect.

Someone has already mentioned this but try eating mint leaves... i personally love the taste and rarely chew chewing gum.

I hope not to have offended you as i am in no way implying you suffer from bad breath just you want the same desired effect from mints (obv without the aspartim... good choice that stufff is worse than sugar!)

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. That boosts your metabolism and improves natural ephadrine, the hormone in which burns fat. According to Jeya Henry, professor of human nutrition in Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon as part of your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 %!

Alot of companies now are using splenda as a sweetener. It is derived from sugar and thus it isnt the chemical that aspartame is.

It's been proven that gum makes your breath worse. Has alot to do with your saliva, too much to get into though. Anyway, mints are better. Me personally though, I still love gum<3

Bad breath (halitosis)is easily camouflaged, but it can also be a warning of various illnesses. Gum desease, peptic ulcer, etc, etc. Please check it out with your GP, just to confirm there is no underlying problem To freshen your breath chew caraway seeds or coffee beans. this can also be used after having eaten a spicy meal. Good Luck.

MINT LEAVES ; You can buy a bag of fresh mint leaves from most supermarkets, rinse before chewing/sucking the leave to make sure it is totally clean. Best part is, it is 100% natural ; NO ADDED CRAP!!!. (It is also very strong and tasty!).
