i want to have a baby before i go completely deaf so i can enjoy the sounds that it makes and stuff but im not sure how to talk to my bf about it??

You should be talking about marriage before having a baby. I know they can end but at least if you decide to make that commitment then hopefully he will be with you. What will happen if you do have a baby and you break up? If you are going deaf (I am sorry and I hope not) then it will be just another obstacle to deal with while raising a child. If you build a stable family situation first, I think the rest will work itself out.
