Recently I have had the worst stomach aches where they bloat me out, my heartbeat quickens, I shake alittle, and I feel nausea. It all started happening last saturday...that was 6 days ago. I still feel sick. Last saturday I got so sick that I spent 2 hours in the bathroom defecating.
I dont know why all of a sudden this is happening but it is.
I'am also lactose intolerant and it seems like when ever I have even the tiniest 'tea'spoon full of milk my body goes crazy and I get so ill.
I hate it sooo much.
usually I can eat cheese and ice cream with non problem, but lately my body wont let me at all.
Does anybody else experience this?

You should get a doctor's opinion, but it could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome which is a hassle but not life threatening. IBS is often brought on my stress and/or poor diet. Diets low in fiber and high in fat seems to make it worse. Food allergy and lactose intolerate too, or you could have all 3. It could also be giardia, cryptosporidiosis, shigella, or other parasitic GI disease. You would need a stool culture to test for these. If you have IBS low fat and adding fiber will help. Lomotil, an antispasmodic, is very good for IBS with diarrhea. First choice though is see an MD to make sure it isn't something that needs to be treated with antibiotics or flagyl type meds.

Sounds like the lactose intolerance is way low, don't be eating ice cream and other foods that you used to eat without problem. Try a lactose free diet and see if things improve. Good luck.

I've been feeling the same way lately and i don't think its IBS unless it continues for a long time. But you should change your diet. I've decided to cut out fried foods and some spicy food out of my diet.
