i want to lose lb. but i want to lose it in a healthy way. not feel all deasy at the end of the they with no streged.

First of all, you might want to stop at 110. 86 is way to skinny and bad for you, so it can't be healthy. BUT here you go: Eat a diet with many whole grains, proteins, low in fat and cholesterol, many fruits and veggies, low in sugar, high in fiber, and with a moderate of calories for energy. Also have portion control. (yes I know the calories thing sounds weird but you need to do that to lose weight the healthy way.) Get plenty of exercise every day. Jumprope. Swimming is an excellent way to build muscle, and even more to lose weight. (don't worry, you won't end up looking like a bodybuilder)

I do low-carb/sugarbusters, but that's what works for me. Try going to Calorieking.com. It costs $45 for the year, but it is a food guide/journal. It tells you how many calories you should have a day to lose weight and it also tells you if you had too much fat in your calories and has ideas for exercise AND meals.

Just a heads up though, weight loss is NOT a fast process! Don't get discouraged if you only lose a pound in a week. You have to keep telling yourself that anything less than what you were is just that... less.

There is no healthy way to lose weight fast, and if you lose it fast it'll come back as soon as you lifestyle changes again. Just eat smaller portions, exercise at least 4 times a week and drink plenty of water. It's the only healthy and surefire way to do it.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Just eat very healthy and exersize. I know this sounds stupid but dont go on a terrible crash diet which lots of girls who are concerned about there weight do, Im 11 years old and i weigh 60 lbs and would like to weigh less. Dont expect to lose it in a day Give it time and keep up the progress.You will get a great result.

I started running on a treadmill. After 3 months i lost 30 lbs and now run 5 miles a day. I couldn't do that 15 years ago.

Rest. Eat low carb foods. Drink water, I drank almost 1 gallon a day. Stay positive and weigh yourself every morning..

OK, you need to workout, if you have aheart rate monitor like polar (www.polar.fin) it will tell you how many calories you burn when you workout, it works great. Then, you need a balanced diet.... you need to create a caloric deficit to lose pounds... this means, burn more than you eat. All this having a good diet of course, one where you eat enough for a person your age and size... a good diet will have a good amout of carbs, protein and fat too... what i can recommend is... don't have simple chain carbs... i mean, no sugars, no candies, no honey, no white flours... if you are having bread, have whole grain bread, it's better and has fiber.

Consult a Nutriologist and a trainer, this method work, believe me.

Just do the no card diet...it literally lets you eat whatever as long as you keep your carbs below 25 carbs a day and you'll lose definitely...I know tons of people including myself who have used this method for need to lose quick and it works and you don't even have to starve yourself for weeks.

Excerise more and eat less, but healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, some starch, and white meat only) with at least 8 glasses of water per day and 8 hours of rest per day.
