First of all, idigestion and anxiety are two different things. For indigestion (which hurts your chest and sometimes your throut) try milk or tums, if you are so nervous it gives you heartburn (like my husbend) take a step back. Put yourself in a different enviroment... close your eyes and think of something that makes you happy, not a crying baby, something that truly makes you happy. Practice feeling (really having the feelings) of happiness. Then try watching the movie called the SECRET. You can nuy it on-line and I promise it WILL change your life!!
