The Practice Manager told me it is going through the Channels??
That is not good enough. Does anyone one know who I can complain to Outright like the Federation of Dentists?

What happened anyway that u have to make a complaint, i would really like to know as i am also considering this, ever since i starrted going to dentist ive been having problems, i noticed you have to be smart then they are when considering making a complaint because they would do their best to stop you and make u avoid making one, it should say at the dentist how and where you can make a complaint, chase them up, call the NHS ( if ur from the UK) keep asking the head of the dentist, anything you can do, because they know once there is a complaint made against them their careers can be on the line, they should do what they get paid for and do the job right, NOT make people's live a misery and getting away with it with their money aswell, GOOD LUCK! 7 if u can let me know what is the outcome and the progress, thanks.!

Every Dentist in the U.K should have a "practice complaints" procedure, and it should be available for patients to view at any time they wish, I am a Dental Nurse that works in a very busy NHS dental practice. i too would like to hear what your complaint is, before I advise you who to go to. It also depends on which area of the UK you live, as to where you would need to complain. If you give me more details, I can point you in the right direction, but only if the complaint is a valid one (in my opinion that is!) I take abuse from patients every single day!.. what the patients do not realise, is that it is the GOVERNMENT that make the rules, and NOT THE DENTAL PRACTICE it's self! (unless you are a patient of a private practice!) personally, I am sick to death of patients thinking that it is"our fault" that we are so busy, etc etc especially when it is in fact the NHS Dentists that really do care for there patients (the few NHS dentist's that are left that is!) do you think we enjoy seeing 50+ patients a day.. and all to make up a set number of "points" that we HAVE TO EARN..per year (decided by the Government) otherwise we do not get our funding for the following year, and the Dentist wouldn't get paid! It's the Government that needs complaining about.. NOT the Dentists!...
