Is everything better in your life now that you've been born again? I mean like, has God blessed you with the material things you've desired? Or, what do you think I'm really trying to say?

It is not easy to be a Christian but it is simple. Everything is permissible for us but it might not be beneficial for us.

I thought that my life would totally turn around when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior...No, the change is gradual. I am in a peaceful place inmy life. I have realized that more is less, so I do not longfor material things so much. I have been blessed, and I do appreciate a lot of things in my life. But I have this hope and peace and assurance that all things are going to be fine. That is a great place to be.

I love to study His Word...and now here on R/S I can put it on works what I have learned. Some days I do better and some days I really fall short. ut there in the end of the day I give thatnks for my Lord, and I pray He keeps mefrom eveil. I pray His will be done, because He knows ny needs and He always gives me what I want or something better. In His time.

I wasneverabig church goer, then I totally walked away from God. I really questioned Him. He knocked and knocked my heart's door, and then I got this hunger in my heart for His Word

I I joined into a wonderful non-denominational Chrsitan church where the Bible is the center of the teaching and they lead people to a life changin connection with Jesus Christ. I feel so HAPPY! I fell in love with Jesus, and I asked Holy Spirit to guide me. And that made the difference. The Word OPENS to me differently. He really talks to me through His Word.

I am still learning. And as I say it is not easy to live like God calls me to live, but it is simple. And He is patient. I feel how He is talking to me gently and pulling me to a right direction. : )

Being a Christian is easy, the hard part is when you pay for your sins of your past. Any sin done here on Earth will be paid right here. God does provide for you, but as far as people think that God will give you fortunes, big houses, and things like that, that is a no. You have to earned in the eyes of God for what you get. Yes he will always be there, so that you have the things you need, but you will get them when he decides not when you want them. You still have sorrow, unhappiness, feeling alone, but that is where God kicks in, you are never alone, as long as you believe in God. The good thing about believing in God is that you will always have faith that he will grant you what you want. This is why people that do not believe in God can not phantom that idea. They say it is just a crush that we have, for one you cannot see God unless you believe in him. But just let your heart do the leading, as long as you trust God faith will carry you along. Just like the footsteps in the sand. You are walking in the sand and God says he is there with you, you ask him but God I only see one set of footprints? His answer to you is, that is Me carrying you, son.

Yes, obviously God doesn't bless you with material things. Since in the bible it talkes about it being easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle then a rich man to get into heaven. But, I'm a much happier person.

Life as a Christian not easy. Since I have was Born-again, I have a peace no matter what is going on. If find joy rejoicing in the Lord and learning about Him. I don't have much in the way of material things but I've been learning they don't really matter that much.
I don't know what you're really trying to say...Be more specific please.

Like a lot of things in life, it is what you make of it. If you just want to wear flair for Jesus, then it is easy. If you open your life to Jesus, anything can happen. The material things are gifts that God puts in your hand for good. But easy or hard, God will bless you with a better life. Knowing God walks with me gives me a sense of friendship that energizes me for service.

I was born again (Baptized) so early in life that I don't really know any other way. It's usually pretty easy for me to love and serve God. Sometimes it's hard, being "bought with a price" - I have to put God first and me and my family second sometimes...and that's not easy to do. But over all it's easy.

Harder.... I now struggle with the sins that I used to enjoy doing. As far as being blessed with material things. I must have missed that passage in scripture that says that we get stuff here on earth for believing in Jesus. Becoming a christian does not guarantee a better life here on earth. It guarantees a better eternity. Just ask those around the world who are tortured and killed for their faith in Christ. All they have to do is deny Him. But they would rather be martyred than to deny the truth.
Kinda puts things into perspective when we complain about not being accepted by our friends or co workers and think that we are being persecuted. Or being afraid to "offend" someone by our faith in Christ when there are those out there willing to die for their faith.

(Ex agnostic now a Christian); It replaced into difficult being unwell and poor, addicted to drugs. Now i'm unfastened, rich, and enjoyed of my author. basically incorrect doctrines can enslave me now. I evade at a loss for words preachers like the plague. Jesus makes existence elementary. basically pseudo-Christians leave (solid riddance). as quickly as sealed via the Holy Spirit, a Christian is forever.

Well as a Christian you are not guarenteed "material blessings." And there are certain aspects of life that are much easier becasue of my faith. However, there are other aspects that are more difficult and probably would not even exsist if I wasn't a Christian.

Jesus said if you want to follow me, You must deny yourself and take up your cross. Nothing really easy about that.
