I have 3 cats and it seems no matter how often I clean the litter box, it STINKS! Does anyone know a good dry food to feed my cats that may reduce the smell of their bathroom visits?

Try using a natural cat food. One with no preservatives, etc. Then change your litter. You could try Fresh-Step. My cat uses that FOREVER, and I dont' smell anything. It's great!

Use a new type of litter. I forget what it is called, but my siamese uses it. The description is as follows: blue and clear crystals. They are very absorbant and turn yellow when the cats pee. The poo works out like all the others do. It lasts twice as long and doesn't smell AT ALL. So if you can get over the yellow, buy it!
It's usually in a plastic (not paper) bag that's blue and white, just like the litter. It really worked when we took our cat Isabel on a 3 month sailing trip and we just shoveled the poo out once every two days. It was so easy to change the litter too because nothing stuck on the bottom.
And another solution would be to teach your kitties how to use the toilet (although you'd have to flush). But from your question, I think you want immediate results and that is time-consuming.

I'm not sure what kind of food you are feeding them, but this sounds like you are probably feeding them something filled with carbs, by-products, fillers and all sorts of garbage that is not good for your cats.
My cats (3 currently and 3 prior) have all eaten nothing but all-natural cat food, both moist and dry. Stay away from anything you find manufactured by a "brand name" company such as Purina, Iams, etc. Most all of that food is either not made with natural products or is so filled with salt, carbs, sugars, etc. that it's bad for them also.
The best foods are made by such smaller brands found at most PetSmart & Petco locations like Wellness, Royal Canin, Nutro, Chicken Soup and others. But if you buy this - SLOWLY change your cats over to the new food!
By this I mean pour in 3/4ths old food and 1/4 new in whatever amount you normally feed them. Then after a few days change it to 1/2 and 1/2. And a few days after that make it 3/4 new and 1/4 old. After a week is passed you should be able to notice that they're more used to the new food and their stomachs are digesting it easily and you can rid yourself of all the old food.

I use Scoop Away Multi Cat and have a hood on the box. I put it in an area where there is no traffic. At one time I did use a self-scooping box and liked it, but I got tired of replacing them once a year at $100 a pop.
I feed Nutro Max Cat, and alternate between that and other dry foods in the same line. It's gonna stink, but this food will keep them from bugging you for food because it has more protein than any other food. It does not use bones, beaks and skin for the sources of protein like cheaper food does.

I feed my cats Iams indoor care (weight and hairball control) and use Fresh Step scoopable litter.
The only times they leave really stinky surprises is when I feed them canned/moist cat food. They really love the Meow Mix Market Selects, they only get it as an occasional treat but you can definitely tell the difference inthe litterbox.

I'd suggested Feline Pine Cat litter. I have multiple cats as well and have tried all sorts of litter and it has definately worked best for me.

I found with my cat, any food with tuna in it made for a bad smell. Maybe try cutting all fish out of thier diet. It helped with my cat, good luck!!

It may not be the food. How much water do they drink? I had one cat that did not drink much water and the unine smell was horrible. The cat we have now drinks a lot of water and no trouble at all with urine smells.

I have 3 cats allsound we use friskies dry which comes in 18 or 20 pnd bags.they love it' and the poo doesn't smell that bad,,all poo smells though.i also use tidy cat litter' for multiple cats; and honestly ;there is no Oder at all...try it they really work,,,,good-luck[

i use science diet that you get a pet stores and the vet...they have been on it since i got them and i never had a issue with oder...
