i believe there are too many laws and lawmakers and if they didnt make new ones they would be out of a job ... america is turning into the land of restriction ... some laws need to be broken but i dont think they are meant to be by those who made them ... i think if u get in ur car and drive down to the store youve at least broken 1 law about somthing ... theres just too many laws, too many restrictions.

Not really "meant to be broken" but there are laws that were put in place to enforce religious doctrine that were never meant to be per the constitution as well as laws that criminalize activity that hurts no one.
The victimless crime laws serve only as revenue sources for law enforcement and as such reinforce abusive behavior within the law enforcement community against the citizens.

It was once a law that if a white person got on a bus and wanted a seat that was occupied by a black person, the black person would have to get up and move to the back of the bus. We must always be willing to do what it takes to fight the rules and laws that are unjust and inhumane.

Some rules perhaps. Laws (established within the United States) should be adhered to or else we will become a nation of... well, think "third world country". But, I will say this, when we have an existing situation whereas people by the thousands are entering our country "illegally" and this practice is "rewarded" then it seems irrational for anyone to have respect of our laws.

Well, if there are penalties for breaking the rule or the law, obviously whoever made the rule or law anticipates someone is going to break it, or there would be no need for penalties, would there?
If you mean, do rules exist only because someone WANTS somebody to break them, that gets into complicated issues of intent and unintended consequences. People who pass laws to control other people's behavior often harbor secret wishes to punish people and to inhibit their own tendencies to that behavior.

Of course. If everyone obeyed the rules and the laws then we wouldn't need police officers, judges, lawyers, court clerks, bailiffs, sherriffs, deputies, marshalls,prison guards, wardens, bail bondsmen. As you can see people breaking the laws and rules give jobs to people who would otherwise be unable to hold down a job.LOL.

Yes. I don't agree with the "lawlessness" poster. There are many laws that are broken all the time. There are still sodomy laws in some states. We should not waste valuable resources prosecuting these types of crimes.
