I know that you love her, but unfortunately, it sounds like she doesn't love you. You deserve better, so if you don't mind my saying so, I think you should kick her to the curb. It's easier said than done, but eventually you'll get over her and your sense of self-respect will thank you for it.

I got the idea that you are really into her, other wise you would've dumped her already, so i think what you should really do without being wondering all the time are you doing the right thing or not is to,
Talk to her...tell her you really love her, ask her honestly and nicely why is she cheating on you?
you gonna give her one more chance to show that the feeling is mutual, that you are not the only one who feel the love, and she wants to make an effort for the relationship..
but if she still cheating on you than no other choice...dumped her...she doesn't deserves you

This is a really hard situation if you were in love, because you want to trust her - you had gotten accustomed to trusting her, and knowing her to act in a certain way. You probably want to be lienient with her and "make things better". But in my experience, it is not up to YOU to make things better, because you did nothing wrong. It is up to her.
As far as being forgiving, it seems to me that if you don't dump her, you will stop feeling bad about what she did and start feeling bad about what you didn't do. She has broken an important trust, and through her actions she has made you feel terrible. Take that upset and anger out by dumping her before you start taking it out on yourself, which is easy to do... "If I were handsomer, she wouldn't have gone with the other guy" "If I were more interesting, more fun, more fill in the blank here, she wouldn't have gone out with that other guy." None of this is true. You are a whole and complete person, and she didn't cheat for any reason relating to you. Think about it this way: if the other guy was so amazing, why didn't she just tell you she found him and that she wanted to move on? Because this isn't about you, it's about her. She has her own problems with insecurity and honesty, and that is why she cheated. It has to do with her, and not you.
Maybe once you two have had space, and she has appropriately apologized, you can try again with a relationship. But give it a couple of months or so. Don't make it easy for her, make it easy for you. She's got to regain your trust.

I hate to say this to you because you sound like a nice guy. Sadly, though you love her, it doesn't sound like she loves you. People who truly have love for one another don't cheat and they don't intentionally do things that could hurt the person they love. Unless your girlfriend is "accidentally" cheating, like she somehow bumped into some guy and their lips got stuck together or something, then she is doing something that she KNOWS hurts you.
When we love someone, we will often put up with being mistreated by that person because we don't want to be without them. Also, we don't like the prospect of feeling lonely or not having someone to be with and so it is easier to deal with being hurt and putting up with the mistreatment than to be without that person.
I have to tell you though, that once you make the break and leave your girlfriend, you will be okay. Really, you will. You will be showing her that you deserve to be respected (it is VERY disrespectful to anyone when you cheat against them). You will be showing her that you will not accept being mistreated. You might consider taking her back because she might promise to not do it again. Look - when a person is cheating, there are issues that they are not dealing with. A person who cheats doesn't just stop cheating suddenly. They have to deal with the issues that make them want to cheat to begin with. Until they can be honest with themself and the person they are cheating on, then you can't trust them to not cheat again.
There are PLENTY, I say PLENTY of girls out there who would appreciate you for the qualities you have and for the person you are. You deserve better - I say you should drop your girlfriend. Sorry, but I think you should.

Obviously there is alot of missing information in this question and little on which to work on.
Firstly what you must do depends on how long you've been together, if you have kids or financial commitments, your age, how much times she has cheated and with whom, etc.,
Secondly you must try to understand why she has cheated.. is it simply in her nature, have you cheated on her in the past, do you treat her badly or not give her attention, etc., etc.
Thirdly, you say you love her (which i doubt since it take two to tango!) and if you are BOTH willing to work on the relationship then persist.
But dont forget... life is too short to be wasting your time with someone that doesnt care and respect you.

It's great that you love her, but she obviously doesn't love you. A person that cheats is selfish and inconsiderate. In order for her to cheat, would mean that she would have to not give a **** on how you feel even if it means hurting you. Do you really want someone like that?

As of now you're only in the period of getting to know each other. If she's cheating on you now; what will you feel if you ended up being married in the future and then same scenario happens...
If you really love her let her go, If she's yours she'll know she was wrong and will definitely make amends not to make the same mistake....If she's not there are lot of more deserving girls that will make you happy...

Stay with her. Maybe in 10 years after you have had a few kids together, maybe then you will decide to leave her cause you found out none of the kids were yours on daytime television!
If she is cheating on you now, she will be cheating on you in years to come. Cut your loses now before you get in too deep.

Tell her that you love her and tell her you want her to stop cheating on you. If she doesnt tell her" you do what you need to do and i'll do wha i need to do" and she will be upset about it and come back to you because i know what it's like to have someone you really like cheat on you but i ended up breaking up with him but you love her and try to work it out between you two. Everything will be fine. I have faith in you. <3

You should confront her about the cheating. And you need to decide if you can live with a cheater. There is a chance she wouldn’t do it again but there is also a chance she would do it again and do you want to live with getting your heart broken again by her wondering eye?
