REd hot and anything that has a physical meaning isn't really personal so find something with her personality that makes you wild and call her that!
eg: she is outgoing and loves to have fun! she goes to bars and enjoys mixed drinks she dances up a storm and makes everyone laugh mix it in with something on the phyisical side

I am not certain why you would ask for help with this. Sexy nicknames for significant others should be something that means something to you. Some are pretty dumb when others hear them and all are corny.
My wife and I call each other fish. We saw the movie 3 to tango and there is a line near the end where Matt Perry is told to let Nev Campell go as there are other fish in the sea. He replies by asking what if she is the ONE fish. We thought that was cute and played at calling each other fish and it stuck. Stupid? yup Corney? Yup but it means something to us so it is cool.
