If it was a joke, it's not funny. Yes, I would be mad at my boyfriend if he did that. It's degrading and whether it really was a joke or not, there is no reason to bring another man or a woman (even by name) to bed with you. I would never speak to the guy again, to be honest. There would be no room for reversal.

if it was clearly a joke then shes being a twonk. it probably sounded genuine (or was?) anyway, apologise. if shes your ex wife then why are you having sex/wanting to get back with her? unless you divorced because of this (?!) in which case LEAVE IT the relationship clearly had bigger issues
