Drink plenty of water, and avoid hidden calories, such as sugary drinks. Ease up on the salt too, and that will get rid of calories and extra bloating. That always helps me. Plus, just don't buy the extra junk, or at least limit it. Easy to say, I know. I'm working thru the same feelings. Good luck, and if you ever want to talk, you're welcome to IM me. Also, when you limit your sugar, you'll be surprised at how much energy you will have. But don't forget the protein. That's very important. Milk, meat, peanut butter, almonds are great at curbing appetite, while getting protein.

10 stone is nothing!
Look at the Queen Mother (before she died) I'll bet she was well over 10 stone. Look at so many other women out there who are well over 10 stone and compare them to yourself. Personally, I think that 10 stone is a great look for many women. My ex wife was about 10 stone when I married her, the #1 love of my life was also about 10 stone. We here in the US like to call it pleasently plump. If it bothers you all that much, have your boyfriend help you from eating so much. It might help him as well.

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows: Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly) eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken. also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise. * you should lose about 10 lbs per month

Allow yourself to eat what you're craving, but just don't overdo it. If you deprive yourself of a certain food, it will most likely cause you to binge. You also need to be conscious about what goes in your mouth; ask yourself what's more important, losing weight and feeling healthy or eating whatever sounds appetizing at the moment.

firstly even if you're a beauty queen or not -its not right to check out other people and compare.even if you're Cleopatra, there's gotta be some one some where better than you.secondly -don't stop eating healthy .just don't overeat. what are you trying to do? match your bf's appetite. no way ! get in to gear and stop meeting your bf for eating out. make other kinda plans for now. your fitness defines your individuality.don't neglect it.-take care- now !! a tip - have lots and lots of water.eat a great breakfast, less of lunch and just a nibble or 'no' dinner. come on !

Just because he eats a load, it doesn't means that you have to. Hit the gym, ask him to help you. I'm sure he would be willing to do all that it takes to make you feel and look good.

stop eating
but the most powerful thing you can do is accept yourself the way that you are - it sounds painfully cliche'd but it causes transformation not complacency to accept your body the way it is and your thoughts the way they are
if you feel fat then feel fat
if you feel bad then feel bad
once you let yourself feel fat or bad or whatever
the next moment ovbserve what happans
it will knock you on your a s s
