Go get zero, Woolite or even dove body wash.
Soak the scarf in for about 10 minutes in cold water. Swish around gently. Put scarf in front of a fan all night. If it's strong perfume you need to wash it out. Fabreez or other spray to remove odours may not work, but you can try them first if you like.

I think it's too late (maybe not), and I don't know that this will work for sure, but: vinegar is used to neutralize oders in the house (by boiling to release steam into the room, or wiping with a cloth dipped in it). Maybe you'd like to try dipping it in a vinegar/water mixture, then ring out and dry (roll up in a towel & smash most of the wetness out then lay it out or hang it up).
The good news is, you'll never have an oversight like this again any time soon.

Wash it in an unscented laundry soap. you might have to do it a couple of times but you'll know when it comes out of the wash cycle.

Wash it a couple times with a fragrance free detergent.
