i've wrote a few poems about my past and my father and i want him to know how i feel but it's hard for me to express when talking so should i send him these two poems?

daddy can you look at me
can i be your little girl
can you give me all of your love
and try to give the world
will you respect me
can you show me love
will you greet me at the door
just to give me a hug
can we go back
to how it use to be
when you were my dad
and never hurt me
can i be your pumpkin
like way back when
do you think i'll ever hear that
ever again
all i want is love
the love i once had
all i want is you
all i want is a dad

opinions on the poems are welcomed too.

dear daddy it's me
daddy's little girl
the first life you and mom
brought in this world
the one you called pumpkin
as you held my hand tight
i'd sneak in your room
when i couldnt' sleep at night
you gave me that hat
the one you use to wear
you taught me to play games
you taught me to swear
i wanted to be my daddy
and to do all he did
not some dumb little girl
some dumb little kid
i wanted to grow up
and take over this world
have my own family
my own little girl
remember when i didn't want you to leave
how i'd take your shoes away
i thought without your shoes
you'd have no choice but to stay
i'd stay up all night
and wait for you to get home
i couldn't sleep without my daddy
without him i felt alone
but when mommy left
you became a different man
one that i hated
one i couldn't stand
where is my daddy
it's not the man i see
my daddy was happy
my daddy loved me
i just want a daddy
and not to miss what i had
i want the man i see
to turn back to my dad

continued:

i thought i'd write you this letter
and tell you what i miss
i leave you by telling you
my one secret wish
i wish for my daddy back
i wish to be his world
i love you daddy
signed your little girl

wow! you touched my heart and if this doesn't touch your father's heart, then, he doesn't have one and should not be considered a dad any longer to you. i would send them to him and see what he does. i hope he responds with a recognition of what he has given up, realizes what a wonderful daughter he has and reunites with you. by your writings, it doesn't sound like he is mad at you but really angry with your mom. i hope he can recognize this, he is angry at the wrong person. you did nothing to him to have him abandon you. good luck in whatever you do and i hope he sees the beautiful person you are.

Your poems are absolutely beautiful and so deeply heartfelt that I could share your feelings as I read them. If your dad is a caring person he would appreciate and cherish what you have written, and he would try very hard to make your dreams come true. If you dad has become insensitive that is another story. Since I don't know him I can't say if you should send them to him or not, but I'm thinking what a precious daughter this man has and I pray that he will restore joy to her life so that she can experience many more happy memories for years to come.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the very best today and always.
