http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ Download and install this.... it works like a virtual printer . After installation just open your word document and select print like you are going to print the file then select pdf creator as the printer in the printer drop down box and save the file to your hard drive with a name you will remember. That's all you need to do... it works flawlessly and best of all it is completely free.
