Dear ,

I was a customer care officer in Telecom in the U.A.E, as you can understand the tension and stress a person gets n the customer care.
My pressure was high, not much sleep,on the advice of a friend i went for the Art of living classes, U wont be live after 1 months the pressure came down and the dosage of medicine halved, next month everything normal, my face was shindig with confidence in self, am continuously doing the yoga and relaxation as taught by my Guru, No tension, no stress,
I request you to go for a Art of living class conducted by an authority on that subject and do it with relaxation.

1. laughing

Learn to meditate. Create positive thoughts about the self. Affirmations like I am love...I am peace.....I am happiness.
These are your original qualities that you have forgotten.And have now transformed into attachment,anger and greed. By staying in your original identity you will stay peaceful.Have faith in your real self.

Yoga and pranayam.It really works.But excessive of yoga might be harmful to health but pranayam does not have such type of effect.

practice meditation or visit a temple daily .spend time with ur kids, if u have,they are the best stress busters.also sitting and talking to ur mom is also a good option.nobody loves us as selflessly as our mother
