I was going to play it safe, and just go with blonde, but that seems to "normal". I want to some sort of ..maybe carmel, or some shade of red. please give me a link to some pictures or something. I need something by february 10th (that's when i get my hair highlighted). Thanks guys! love rachel

As it's winter time, I'd pass on the highlights and opt for lowlights. I'd recommend chestnut brown or even auburn. It will give your hair depth and dimension and you won't have to worry about roots, as when summertime comes, it will be your natural (and lighter) color growing in.

When summer does get here, fresh highlights over natural colour with growing-out lowlights looks not only natural, but fabulous!!

You have my color hair. I have golden blond highlights and my hair looks great.
